Our Chocolatier Partners (Fleur Sauvage in Windsor, CA)

Chef Buttercup was the former Head of Pastry for Thomas Keller's famed Bouchon Bakery in Yountville. He went on to be the winner of Food Network's Holiday Wars and featured as a contestant in several Food Network shows including "Candy Land", "Cookie Wars" and "Beat Bobbie Flay".

Him and his wife, Tara, a former firewoman, founded Fleur Sauvage Chocolates in Windsor (Sonoma Wine Country) and feature luxury chocolates, desserts and beverages. It is our pleasure to partner with them each year on a special wine & chocolate pairing.

The Pairing Process:

Each pairing is unique and tasted by both the winemaker and chocolatier to ensure a fabulous and gourmet flavor experience. These chocolates are not shipped, so you get a special experience sent right to your door that you can't get anywhere else!
